Tihi Limited offer goods and services for purchase. This policy relates to purchasing of goods from us.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service provides parcel delivery within 5 working days from receipt of payment to you if you are a New Zealand resident.

Priority Delivery

Next working day delivery to most New Zealand destinations for payments received before 10am on weekdays. Please note: Priority Delivery is not available on public holidays.

Backorders

Any item not available at time of purchase or on backorder will be sent via standard delivery once it is in stock.

Please note some items displayed on our site may be prohibited from being freighted to certain countries for example due to International Customs Laws we are unable to send wooden, cane, food goods or items as well as dangerous goods. We are only able to send clothing or Manchester items internationally.
